Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that silicone babies are delicate and carefully packaged to ensure quality and safety during transit. In some cases, processing time may be slightly extended due to customization or high order volume. If there is a delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- Northern America, Europe and Oceania
- United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, etc.
If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery location
- Package size and weight
- Selected shipping method
- (But we are currently on free shipping)
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Within United states: 2-7 business days
- International orders: 5-12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Packaging & Handling
All silicone babies are securely packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. We take extra care to maintain hygiene, quality, and discretion in packaging.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will assist in tracking the shipment.
- If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier services, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or customs processes.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
