REFUND POLICIES
1. All Sales Are Final

All silicone babies and related products sold on RealRebornBabies are final sale items. Because our products are delicate, custom-styled, and hygiene-sensitive, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and shipped.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • Your order was not delivered due to a confirmed shipping issue

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the item

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color, weight, or appearance variations (as products are handmade)

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect address details provided by the customer


4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method

  • For bank transfers or manual payments, refunds will be made to the provided bank account

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval


5. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved due to our error, we will cover applicable costs


6. International Orders

We ship internationally. Please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Refunds will not be issued for customs delays or seizures beyond our control
