All silicone babies and related products sold on RealRebornBabies are final sale items. Because our products are delicate, custom-styled, and hygiene-sensitive, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and shipped.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
You received the wrong product
The item arrived damaged or defective
Your order was not delivered due to a confirmed shipping issue
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos or videos of the item
Your order number
A brief explanation of the issue
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind
Minor color, weight, or appearance variations (as products are handmade)
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
Delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect address details provided by the customer

For bank transfers or manual payments, refunds will be made to the provided bank account

Shipping fees are non-refundable
If a refund is approved due to our error, we will cover applicable costs
